September is National Self-Care Awareness Month. Self-care promotes growth by helping you pay attention to your own body and emotions. Are you familiar with the saying, “it’s impossible to love someone when you don’t love yourself?”. You will find that checking in with yourself and setting healthy boundaries will result in a dramatic decline in stress levels. It is important that we are able to encourage ourselves as opposed to relying on others.
