Because our focus is on improving your company’s bottom line as well as enhancing your employees’ health, we aim to provide the best combination of value and service for your wellness dollar – and the amount of repeat and referral business we receive proves we’re successful.
Our hourly rates vary from one location to the next, depending on demand for therapist services and typical living costs. For example, as you would imagine, massage services are more expensive in New York and San Francisco than they are in Orlando or Pittsburgh.
There is no extra charge for travel time and our therapists will accommodate on-site programs as well as off-site special events. We have a three-hour minimum, but may waive it under certain circumstances and a rate change may apply. In three hours, one therapist can provide nine 20-minute, twelve 15-minute and eighteen 10-minute massages. Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated. Your state may require that we collect sales tax.
NEGOTIATED RATES + VOLUME DISCOUNTS
We negotiate our rates for employer-pay, employee-pay and combination employer/employee-pay programs based on frequency and volume, depending on the regularity of massage sessions contracted, number of employees involved and number of office locations.
We are sensitive to the needs and budgetary limitations of small and large businesses. We always try to accommodate whenever possible, and are open to modifying our quotes on request.
COMBINATION EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE-PAY PROGRAMS*
You may want to consider stretching your wellness budget with a combination program where you subsidize employee participation at 70%/30%, 50%/50% or another percentage of your choice. Employees are more likely to participate in a program paid for, or at least subsidized, by employers.
EMPLOYEE-PAY PROGRAMS*
We do offer a 100% employee-pay program. Employee payments for employee-pay programs are made directly to the therapist at the time of service.
*SPONSOR-GUARANTEED MINIMUMS
For regularly-scheduled employee-pay and combination employer/employee pay programs, in order to ensure that our therapists are compensated for their time and that employees are sufficiently educated about the benefits of massage, we currently require sponsoring companies to guarantee a minimum of $150 for each three-hour appointment block scheduled and agree to promote the program to employees by email on a prearranged basis or allow us to do so. The company is only billed for unused time and at the minimal rate of $50 per hour. This ensures that we will be able to continue servicing all of your locations, even those smaller offices that may experience low employee participation from time to time.
If your management is hesitant or your budget tight, this may be an excellent way for your company to test and evaluate the wellness impact of a scheduled in-office chair massage program at minimal cost prior to adding corporate chair massage as a regular wellness program benefit.
