We are proud of our leadership! Leonardo Ranieri, our founder and president, is a former corporate human resources director with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. There, he discovered first-hand how strongly employee appreciation relates to successful corporate cultures and heightened profitability.
He searched for a single wellness solution that could address the sometimes divergent needs of employees and companies. After studying the field, he focused on the physical and emotional health benefits of massage, received certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey, New York and nationally and, while practicing, launched Massage At Work, LLC, in 2005. Our Corporate Headquarters are in Fort Lee, New Jersey, convenient to Manhattan and New York City.
Leo’s corporate human resources background affords him a rare perspective among providers of corporate chair massage, enabling him to anticipate requirements of organizations of all sizes and partner effectively with executives at all levels.
After sixteen years, Massage At Work is well on the way to achieving Leo’s mission of promoting employee wellness and enhancing profitability through workplace massage at companies nationwide.
